This site is about defining a preferred future with equitable health and social justice for all.
Thinking globally, and acting locally is one consideration, while we now have the technology and knowledge to have significant impact on all others in the world. We must act on what we know. It is imperative that we connect and collectively break down barriers and inequalities that may exist based on race, gender, place of origin, religious orientation, social class, age,…or sexual orientation. Language and education acquirement is a major determinant of health. Communication of health concepts is often beyond the ability of the individual to understand due to language differences or the “differently abled” who learn differently than traditional educational theory is designed to accomadate. One of our goals is to reduce the barriers to knowledge transfer, through the suggestion of thinking “beyond the box”, and beyond traditional Western models of health, education and social welfare paradigms. It is long overdue, for a New Paradigm to emerge. You can help the world’s most disadvantaged,…and leave a legacy, in joining this community. A ‘Think-tank’ for a ‘Preferred Future’…are you, “in”?
We are about you, the legacy we all leave for our children and grand-children. The children, truly are, our future, we must live this, not wax apathetic.
